WilKay Wellness & Aesthetics<\/strong><\/em> was born from transformation\u2014my own.<\/p>\n

I know what it feels like to search for answers that never come. To navigate hormonal shifts, persistent skin changes, and weight gain \u2014 all while feeling unseen by the very practitioners you trusted to help you. I’ve been that woman<\/strong>, sitting alone with questions and no one to guide me through them.<\/p>\n

That’s why I built the practice I once desperately needed \u2014 and why every client who walks through our doors receives something I never had: support, guidance, expertise, and genuine connection.<\/strong><\/p>\n

More than twenty years ago, due to PCOS and severe endometriosis, I underwent a hysterectomy at a young age. The hormonal changes that followed were significant \u2014 and in the years ahead, as I entered perimenopause, I struggled with persistent hormonal acne, noticeable skin changes, and weight gain while searching for answers that never seemed to come.<\/p>\n

I longed for a holistic health practitioner and esthetician who would look beyond my skin \u2014 someone who could help me understand and guide me through the changes my body was experiencing with expertise, compassion, and real solutions. That person didn’t exist for me then \u2014<\/strong> so I became her.<\/strong><\/p>\n

My journey led to a personal wellness transformation: a profound shift in how I understood health, skin, and overall well-being. By adopting a pescatarian lifestyle and embracing yoga, meditation, and breathwork, I experienced firsthand how internal balance reveals itself in the skin.<\/p>\n

Combined with more than 20 years in healthcare, this realization reshaped my path forward. I earned my Holistic Health Practitioner diploma from the American College of Healthcare Sciences, my Esthetician license from Studio Academy of Beauty, Laser Technician certification from the National Laser Institute, and my RYT-200 Yoga Instructor certification through Yoga Renew.<\/p>\n

Beyond credentials, I gained a deeper truth: healthy skin is never just about the surface.<\/strong><\/p>\n

At WilKay Wellness, we care for the whole person \u2014 not just the skin.<\/em> Many skin concerns are influenced by deeper lifestyle and physiological factors such as hormonal shifts, nutrition, chronic stress, environmental exposures, medications, dehydration, inflammation, and inadequate sleep \u2014 so our approach begins with identifying and addressing the root causes.<\/p>\n
